Finally after six weeks of dealing with this stupid kidney stone, I am back walking as much as before. My right knee is hurting, if really hurts if you push the inside of it right below the knee cap. Its not killing me but its slowing me down. I really don't want to start the doctor thing again, I just want to get out and go.

rest it for a week. If it doesn't get better, see a doctor.

Sounds like it has gotten better over the past 4 days.

Could be an issue with your form when walking. Is this an issue from walking or do you run as a hobby also?

In terms of form, bad shoes could also cause issues. My running shoes caused more pressure to be placed on the outside edge of my foot and they effected my knee causing pain.

knee strengthening exercises would help.

Don't run at all, so its all been walking. Was walking 3-4 miles a day until I had a kidney stone and slacked off for about 6 weeks until I got rid of it. In the past week been trying to pick it up again. I walked 8 miles on Tuesday and it didn't seem aggravate it.My son just climbed on to my knee to sit and it really hurt. Maybe I will just get rid of it I don't need 2 knees do I.

RICE it for a week or 2. If it persists or gets worse, see a Dr.
