One of my friends did that to me. We had each had ~ a pot of coffee each in the last 30 mins, and it was getting ot us. He did a little peck of a kiss on my cheek, I calmly stood up, went ot the kitchen, got Ginsu, and told him if he does it again, he isn't gonna have a d!ck. 
What would i do if a guy kiss me? Its simple.In 20 easy steps!
1)First after receving a kiss from another guy.I will look at the guy, straight in the eye.
2)I will start smiling evilly.And will wait untill he turn his back.
3)Once the dude turn his back.I take my left foot...and kick him right in the ASS!

8)Go to a rent a car store.
9)Rent a 4X4
10)Drive the 4x4 to his parents house...and demolish his parents house...with dad and mom yeah for sure

12)Go to the army

14)Take the tank to our poor little "i just kiss a guy " boy.

i'm female, so such is normal. if it were the lips or something along those lines, my original vote (since i didn't read the post first), "WTF is wrong with you?!?!!?" would have sufficed (as i'll be married to a member of the opposite sex in two months). but since i grew up among people to which this is their family tradition, i am used to it and it's not that abnormal.

I wouldn't think much of it. I have lots of guy friends who are gay, and they know it is perfectly acceptable to give me a hug, or kiss me on the cheek.

wow....i'll bet these are the same people who would respond in a poll that they're very accepting of the gay lifestyle, too. If a girl did that to most of these guys (even if it was an ugly, fat girl), most would simply politely say they werent interested. Kinda reminds me of that thing about how everyone says theyre not racist and "dont see color lines" but when asked if they would be ok with their daughter marrying a black guy, everything changes. All of a sudden it's "well THAT'S different". Yeah, sure, buddy.
On that note, I would probably consider the circumstances of the situation. Like others have said, if its appropriate to the situation (i.e. europe) then i'd be fine with it. But if it was some random guy off the street i'd probably react the same way as if some random unattractive girl did that to me. "uhh wtf are you doing?"
On the other hand if i was female and the girl kissing me was hot, i think my reaction would be more like "can we do that again?" =)
