I honestly dont think we'll survive that long, or flourish rather. We're too destructive for our own good. At best we'll start some crazy war, ruin the planet, and there will be only a fraction of the population left in a ruined earth (a la those post apocalyptic movies/games).

Men will evolve the ability to suck their own dicks.

Humans will become extinct within 3 generations later due to the increasing lack of desire to procreate.

Microscopic machines. We are all but done with biological evolution (though we are evolving today).

When this thread was fermenting into creation I thought this was Rodney Dangerfiled. Then I saw the movie and I was like "I've seen that guy!". Since I flipped to the movie in the middle I don't what movie it was but at least I know the context of the still.

You don't evolve just because. So if humans stay healthy without any threats for 1 million years, then there will be no evolution.

Threats aren't the only thing that affects evolution. The big picture is what reproduces better. Threats are only a part of that.

If we get off this rock, and I think we would if we last 1 million years, then we'll probably change to whatever environment we go to or rather we'll change ourselves so we can live in new areas. Unless life can be expanded to thousands of years, transforming will probably take too long. Will be faster to change us to fit what we find.

A bunch of blithering idiots screaming about libs while wiping the primordial goo, which is smarter than them, and due to take over the world, from their putrid holes.

Crocodiles are 200 million years old and all they do is lie in puddles. We've been around for a tiny fraction of that time and have shaped the world to suit us. If it starts snowing on the African savannah today, the crocs are fucked. The humans will just put on a coat.

Because of medical advancement that can repair physical handicaps (but not genetic), evolution in humans is slowing to a crawl.
