Just observing it would seem that most people who registered in late '99 - like Oct - range from mid 1500's to over 9000 in Dec '99.

As for lowest post count - there was a poll over at DVDTalk.com and one of the members had been registered since early '99 and had only posted a grand total of 2 times. He posted in that thread and it bumped him up to ... you guessed it - 3. Now, that's the ultimate lurker.
