So what type of performance would the new Intel cpus have to have for us to jump ship?

Not only that you are OFF-TOPIC !

I can say ON-TOPIC that it will take a lot more than the "speculation" you have about yonah and Conroe to jump ship. I want some real performance over AMD at the same or less cost before I jump !
