imho Winamp is simply the greatest program ever created. I've been using it for about 4 years, and I have it on in the background probably 99% of the time, and it's never once caused any kind of conflict, never crashed, never locked, never messed up in any way whatsoever, on any OS, even on my old pentium 200. It's so freaking good it's unbelievable.

sometimes I feel like using Sonique though with some KICK ARSE skins!

It's true that Sonique has cooler skins, but I mostly don't use any, even in WinAMP which is what I actually use. All I want out of a skin is that it makes all the controls easy to find. I have trouble finding skins that are better than the WinAMP default for this purpose.
