It seems some ATOTers are not quite clear on what constitutes a candy "bar".

How do you mean?

since when are pork chops, Jolly Ranchers, and Ju Ju Bees candy bars?

Oh. Touche.
But you must agree that if they were dipped in chocolate, they probably wouldn't make very good candy bars.

Here's a decent list, but there's too many that you don't really see in most places.

Looks like these are the early candidates for the poll (must recieve a second motion):

Skor
Heath
Almond Joy/Mounds
Payday
Butterfingers

I actually like all of the above mentioned candy bars.

The Zero bar is at just about every convience / grocery store and I have never EVER seen someone buy one.

Here is wikipedia's description:

Chocolate nougat, almonds and caramel in white coating

White coating.. It USED to be white chocolate. Now it is just white coating.
Agreed, that's the first candy bar I thought of. I've never seen one purchased. There has to be some kind of running bet with Mars co. to see how long they stay on the shelves before reorder. (They were first made in 1980, and they've yet to sell out)

Ah, thinking back now, the rest of that is from there too :p

Here's some info about the Spud bar, from https://www.idahospud.com/products.htm :

The potato shape and unique blend of ingredients appeals to both young and old, making the "Idaho Spud" one of the top hundred selling candy bars in the Northwest, and is Idaho Candy Company's best selling bar." (Emphasis added.)

I think that if your claim to fame is making it into the top hundred bars (no way could even I come up with 50 different bars, much less 100), and that only in your own region, you should give up and give up now.

Ok, I'll stop my crusade against the spud bar now.

Heath because it sticks in your teeth and pulls out your fillings.. ugh I hate that.

But it's so delicious, that can be forgiven. And it will be. Or else.

Yep. Unlike butterfingers, which do the same thing and taste like crap to boot.

I chose Almonds, only because if there is one thing worse than nuts in chocolate, it's nuts AND coconut in chocolate.

Seems the consensus is Butterfingers and Mounds/Almond Joys.

I personally like the coconut ones, but Butterfingers are probably my least favorite.

That actually sounds pretty tasty.
Looks even more like poop than a Baby Ruth, though.

Zero must be added to this poll.

Insufficient sample size. How about a poll of how many ATers have eaten one?

Yep, Zero's are pretty bad. Nutty Buddy's? Seven Up Bars? Circus Peanuts?

They haven't eaten it because it just sounds nasty. I don't need to eat dog poop to know it tastes bad.

It is readily available in just about every convienence / grocery store. It's made by Hershey's. It's been around for 75 years. What else do you need?

When I read the title, I immediately thought of Skor. Although Butterfinger is a close second.

I am with Anubis. I like all of those listed, although I don't like Paydays as much. Butterfinger, Almond Joy/Mounds, and Fast Breaks are great though.
