Did you look at the wind chart? Almost a 85 or 90% chance it will be at least a Category 3, and very well might even be another category 5 by the time it hits....ouch....

As bad as it sounds, it wouldn't really matter if it did hit NO. Just about everything that can be destroyed by Category 3 winds was already destroyed by Category 5 winds. Everything that can be flooded already did flood and is mostly still underwater. The place is already in ruins, and the people are out of the city.

More damage would be done if this hurricane hits a city that isn't already in ruins.
