So what happened to FuseTalk?

ah, it was talked about in many threads for a long, long, long, long time. i am surprised you missed all the threads about it
 
Mea culpa -- I don't usually check the Social forum. I did search for FuseTalk in this forum before I posted. I thought it would be the logical place 🙂

BTW, my subscription to this thread did not work -- no notification.

Well I didn't follow why they changed forums either, and now I'd kinda like to know why it was necessary. Because for me, this new forum is most definately a DOWNgrade. The old system (Fusetalk?) was far superior to this.

Psh. Fusetalk sucked donkey nuts. This upgrade >>>>> Fusetalk. Sure, there are some kinks that are being worked out, but jeez, give them a chance to put all the changes in place.
 
i spent most of my time in Hardware and Tech subforums, so I don't think I ever came across news about moving to vB. I guess from a technical standpoint, it makes sense, but I still think the overall layout of fusetalk was nicer.

Check out the GreaseMonkey thread. My AT looks like he old FT(the good parts only) thanks to one of those scripts.
