Mercenaries 2: World in Flames
The Witcher -Enhanced Edition-
Sid Meier's Civilization IV: Colonization

Then the following should be released before this year ends:

As for Empire: Total War, it'll be released in February 2009.

Too tired to make a list that has anything Zenoth's doesn't, but you should be warned that a lot of new and future games are coming out with DRM that included software like Securom that can negativly affect your computer, system and install limits as low as 3 and online activations.

Google "(insert game) DRM" if this would worry you at all. Note that all things EA now include 3/5 install limits and online activation, and Steam now includes this extra DRM ontop of their own with several games (Cear Sky for example).

These extra "DRM PSAs" are getting a bit banal.

No game worth playing has come out in several years so consider yourself still in the loop

(that should take the heat off you ZzZGuy, the truth has a way of making people upset)

Yeah, just visit crack sites, even though you're buying the original game and get the crack for it. No need to have the DVD in your drive and the DRM is not a problem anymore.
