What does being in chronic pain have to do with aspirations and wasting life?
Are people on opiate based painkillers for life losers too because they need drugs to combat pain?

Good, unfortunately though, most people that abuse drugs won't have that option. 🙁

They call them "clubs".
 
This is our ~75 years or so to do as we please, to enjoy ourselves as much as we want to - or to refrain from that. Not everyone believes in an afterlife where we'll be judged, tbh I think the idea is silly (though I can see how it works for people and is probably beneficial to society on the whole). IMO it's a far bigger waste of life to run around pointing fingers at others.
