I made grilled teriyaki tuna (fresh from price club), and steamed garlic butter littleneck clams (also from price club, only $2.99 a pound).

I had crab and boiled rice and this nice lemon sauce for the crab. The crabs were DAM fresh. It was this fresh. They were still alive when my parents bought them from this chinese shop. So I had to kill the crabs then boil them. THAT fresh!
After Gymnastics I had roasted potatoes, roasted chicken and gravy. All the vegetables were gone! noooooooooooooooooo and water.
About to eat a Bozo Baked Onion. Gonna George Foreman me a Ribeye after while.
Bozo Baked Onion:
Take one large onion. Vidalia or Maui make it even better. Hollow out the inside a bit. Add 1/2 tsp of chicken bouillion, 2 tsp butter. Lots of black pepper. Drape 2-3 slices of bacon on top. Wrap in aluminum foil. (tightly so the juice won't leak) Cook at 400-degrees for one hour. Open package carefully. Put onion & juice in a bowl and chow down. Makes alot of juice so it's sort of link onion soup.
