First off im not here to brag, i never even said what i did last night was good or bad, second i dont come here to brag, look at how many posts i have and how long i have been here, do a lookup on some of my old posts and you will see i am mainly here to help people with there problems(either computer related or not). Second look how many other people went out and got drunk/high as well which is what i was trying to find out, how many people actually go out and do something other than sit infront of there comps. So since your post was totaly irrelevant to the topic posted why dont you stop thread crapping and grow up yourself.

I never said that getting drunk/high was the only cool thing to do did I, sometimes i sit around and play online games all night it depends how much OT i worked that week and how much cash i got to spend. I just wanted to know how many anandtechers go out and party and how many dont do to much, im not saying that if they dont do anyhting then they are losers. Like i just said sometimes i sit around and do nothing as well.

This is incorrect, like i said i just wanted to find out how many go party and how many dont, im not going to judge anyone and say they are losers for doing nothing, people can do whatever the hell they want, i was just curious as to what that was for the forum going type people.

I had a fantastic time at the University Club.

There was 2 blues bands in from the States
One from Chicago
one from Texas
(and not too loud)

It was a combination costume/concert
Grand prize trip to Chicago plus misc. cash prizes
(I didn't win anything)


and the only bad thing was the cigarette smoke
(it was an open venue format)
Plus they gave the bands the only bottle of Jack Daniels they had :|:Q


Then I walked over to the computer labs and sobered up till 6am on AT

went to a spaghetti dinner for XC (basically a party), watched Dirty Work and messed around on a trampoline, flirted with some girls, proceeded to lecture the host on the evil nature of Compaqs, came home, took a shower, downloaded some mp3s, chatted with some friends, went to sleep.

went to a friend's halloween party, got drunk immediately as i wanted to be sober to drive home, proceeded to party for the next 6 hours, drinking lots of water, came home, chatted online a little, listened to some mp3s, played some quake online, and promptly fell asleep. woke up at 2:00 pm today.

I went to a SUM 41 concert in Chicago, and now I have lost some hearing ability in my left ear I think it's coming back slowly though.

'cept i stayed at the bar cause i was waiting for a few more ppl to meet us there, but like 4 of my friends went to Solid Golds strip club.. before that we were all hanging out at the bar having a few pitchers... a normal average friday night to meet up with the friends at the bar and relax... good stuff!!

I worked til 6, went to the gym with my bf, called Sprint to find out what was up with my DSL, tried a new recipe for dinner, went to Walmart, to my bf's house, sat on his computer until 11, then went to bed.
