I got a new bed from my parents, seeing as how my old one was bought during the Reagan administration.

My grandma got me two bottles of premium beer, a Terry's Chocolate Orange, and a DVD documentary on WWII.

Haven't gotten the GF's gift yet. She's slow when it comes to mailing stuff.

my parents gave me a big early Christmas gift a few weeks ago and paid my December rent for me.

We gave my mom a computer and a kindle because she has a long hospital stay coming up

We got Dad a new tape deck that showed up on xmas eve but he is getting it later today. he also got this really nice thermometer for indoor/outdoor temperature measurement and humidity measurement.

got my bro a Best Buy GC...he loves these, so i usually get them for him.

thats about it. I didn't have a lot of money this xmas but I think it all turned out great.

Already have everything that I could want so I just asked for money if anyone wanted to get me anything. So far I've got:

$300 cash

The rest were stalking stuffers

2 PSP games - so you don't get bored while stalking
Book - in case you get bored of the PSP games or you need to be really quiet while in the bushes.

Tub of Pistachios - so you don't get hungry while stalking
Can of salted almonds - to throw to wild animals to help keep them away from you and giving away your position in the bushes.


Remote control toy of some sort - so you can attach the video camera to it when there's no cover to hide behind.

A plush toy - not sure where this fits in the stalker's accessories. maybe i don't want to know.

Shaving accessories - for cleaning up after the extended stalking session

Chocolate and candies - to leave at her doorstep when you finally end your stalking session

Usually I get much more for Christmas but like I said I've already have everything I need/want so we played it small this year.

I'd return those HD595s and get some HD555s or HD558s instead. The 595s are literally the 555s with a piece of foam attached inside, which is easily removed.

Yeah. I'm thinking about it. It is my money after all now. These things are seriously no better than the HD 555s from what I've experienced.

Eh, screw it. I'll keep 'em. I looked at the return policy. I'm going to lose at least 15% on it I am sure. It's not worth the hassle and maybe these will somehow magically open up and breath unicorn dust into my ears.

Ugh. Bastards on Amazon made the price for the 595s only $140, after I paid $170 something JUST A FEW DAYS BEFORE.

Also got a 12 cup french press and another 8 cup.... Already had an 8 cup, but, it's starting to get old and ragged ... and it would be nice to have a french press dedicated to tea so that when I use it for tea, it doesn't taste like coffee....
