So what did everyone do over the weekend?

Anyone else enjoy their weekend as much as I did?

Friday Went to Boca to pick up gf then we went to dinner with my brother, his wife and her sister, my friend and my Mom and Dad who are in town, went to some seafood place called Gold Coast Seafood or something like that, it was pretty good but a little on the pricey side.

Saturday I spent the day riding my motorcycle around town with my gf, went to the mall and saw some crazy lady in the food court with a baby stroller hand feeding her baby some french fries but when I looked closer it was a baby doll fully dressed and the lady was talking to the doll while sticking food in it's mouth and then wiping it off with a napkin! freaking nuts. After that we went to the beach and walked around for a while.

Sunday the gf and I and my buddy drove to the west coast of FL on our motorcycles and spent the day in Naples on the beach and just around town.

Really was a great weekend IMO though

To bad it's Monday again 🙁

What did everyone else do?

Gah, hard to even picture it being cold enough for snow, was sweating my ass off most of the day yesterday and got slightly sun burnt also.
 
Pretty much finished installing a new floor in one bedroom. What started as a hardwood laminate project turned into a wood rot project, then a floor leveling project, then a hardwood floor 😛
 
Saved a baby squirrel (the second one actually, we found one Friday, but it died from the fall).

Cleaned my house. Tried to anyway.

Watched movies with my brother and his family at my place.

Grilled out.

Worked on my new HTPC
 
Friday night: went out with the wifey and played darts and drank beer

Saturday: made waffles, took a nap, spent time with the kids, kept the fireplace going all day, watched college ball, hung out with some friends

Sunday: Cleaned up the garage, kept the fire going, played on the computer for a while, did some consulting work, hung out with the family

 
Friday (day off for us gov't slackers)- I cut down a bunch of small trees that were cluttering up an azalea bed.

Sat- 5 hour ride in the am, lunch with the fam, two-hour nap 😛, dinner and Land of the Dead with the neighbors.

Sunday- 6 hour ride with my team, remainder of day spent on couch watching the Falcons suck and watching the Jason Lee SNL.


Kinda boring, I suppose.
 
Went shopping with my mom on Saturday and had a really great day with just the two of us!
Got a great new Coach purse for super cheap.
some new clothes from Gap, new "old lady" sunglasses 😉

and had a fun dinner with the inlaws and my mom too!
Nice weekend.

Saturday - Finished English Paper and started some Cs project I have 🙁
Sunday- Registered for classes. Some good friends of my parents are heading to Germany in two weeks so we had a little party for them. 😎

Watched Auburn beat UGa (War Damn Eagle!)

Continued unpacking and setup the computer room, dining room, and living room.

Watched Eli Manning bone me hard with his incompetent play on Sunday.

I changed my rear brake pads, which were almost completely gone. I also got my brake fluid flushed. Too bad it didn't help whatsoever. The brakes are still soft. I guess either I got air in the lines or the master cylinder is going.
I also bypassed the factory amp in my car and hooked up some speakers.

Honestly, not too awful. I've been doing this for years, so it takes a lot to really wipe me out.

 
Friday - My bro is in a community band and they were having a concert Sunday which I could not attend, so I went to the dress rehearsal to see them play.

Saturday - Cavalcade Of Bands Yankee Division Championships at HersheyPark stadium. I could not have picked a better day to have to stand around outdoors all day long.

Sunday - AVENUE Q on Broadway, followed by a gluttonous feast at Harold's NY Deli. The next show you see NYC or Vegas should definitely be Avenue Q. The lampooning of Sesame Street is hilarious, the use of puppets is innovative and technically impressive, and the music is witty, catchy, and actually good.
 
I finished painting my living room a horrible color my wife picked out. We will be changing it soon enough...I can promise that....
 
umm well sat was opening day for deer shotgun season wake up at 4:30am ... shooting started at 7:15 and I had 2 deer by 9:30am.

Sunday church than spent the rest of the day butchering up the deer (about 200lbs of meat for the freezer)

next wekend SLEEP
 
Friday - Class, then to work, then after work went over to the BFs and got trashed, stayed the night

Saturday - got up early - went to the commissary with my sister, worked on my car, went to work, then to a club, stayed at the BFs again

Sunday - got up around 9, came home and worked on my yard, then spent the evening playing "Scene it".
