You need to go out and meet some girls. I've never dated any girl that didn't want to wear a sexy costume. Halloween necklines are at least 3 inches lower and Halloween hemlines are at least 4 inches shorter than anything they'd wear the rest of the year.

My HS girlfriend once wore a cat costume that had a neckline so low that a bra would have provided a lot more coverage.
