Update: What to do with Sears gift cards..I got lucky and snagged a Craftsman 18v cordless drill/light, as well as $130 in Sears gift cards. I had 10 bucks left over from Christmas, so I have $140 total...and I'm willing to spend a bit more to get something decent.
I want an air compressor -- considering this now. Any tips? I don't really know anything about compressors, but I'd like to buy one that will last me for a long, long time (ie after I buy a house, it'll be in my garage practically forever). It's on sale ($30 off..so $299.95) until the 22nd.
I was just asked if I wanted to keep the drill or exchange it for something else/better...are there any horror stories about the 18v Craftsman? It looks like it'll be just fine for me..I'm not a contractor or anything.
As far as other Sears stuff goes -- I have a small-ish socket set already, as well as a 151pc 'mechanic's set' -- basically everything I need to do anything on my car that I'll have to (or be able to) do.
Any tips/ideas/input?

Finally.
Then again, I don't drink...but I'll probably try something tonight -- any suggestions?
Edit: Perhaps 'I don't drink' is a little restrictive -- I haven't drank 'yet'..never really felt the pull of the underage drinking thing. It's legal now, so I'm alright
