California sucks the hugest donkey dongs you can imagine in your worst nightmare.

In the summer the smog is so thick you can hardly see through the burning haze that clouds your vision and makes your eyes water. Your skin burns from the pollution and your lungs are clogged up with pollution that causes respiratory distress worse than an emphysema patient also suffering from asbestosis.

In the winter the temperature fluctuates from freezing to ovenlike temperatures in a matter of hours. Any storm that blows in can bring light showers or flash floods without warning and nobody is safe in their homes or on the highways.

Don't forget the damn earthquakes, tornadoes and waterspouts that occasionally come ashore and wreak destruction on the mindnumbed inhabitants of this godforsaken chunk of dirt.

Stay away, stay far away if you value your quality of life and safety.

You go straight to hell.

Hell, Michigan?!?

No, Hell the burning lake of sulphur where you don't rub your weather in my face while I sit here bored to tears while it's single digits and snowing outside.

you got single digits? We apparently lost a couple, its negative out there with the windchill.

And yep, Hell is a city in MI. Every year we get a pic of it in winter saying "Hell froze over!!!!111!one."

It will be like that until Cali slides out into the ocean........

in 100 million years????

let's see you make it that long . . .

The Big One is just around the corner.......

you go ahead and think that . . .

And wildfires that burn millions of acres, and rains that wash away hillsides and homes....... no thanks, I'll live with my snow and cold for 3 or 4 months.

Ok, California is a HUGE state . . .

I'm NOWHERE near wildfires, or huge mudslide-prone areas . . .

the worst that can happen is a huge earthquake and even then, all building in CA have to be approved for earthquake resistance

my house survived northridge, and the worst thing was that the computer speaker fell on its side . . .

Some people are ignorant beyond all understanding.

California sucks. Nobody should ever consider relocating to this godforsaken hunk of dirt. It has nothing to offer except death and destruction. :|

HappyPuppy is just doesn't want anyone else to move to this over populated state. Who needs extra cars added to our already congested freeways?

Our weather in January!! :D

I guess if you like the occasional earthquake, wildfire, mudslide, drive by and insane cost of living....

I don't remember our last earthquake (northridge perhaps?) ... and I've been living here for all my life!

edit ::

Sure there's earth quakes and wildfires and such, but then what about the hurricanes and storms that the east coast has? Or what about microbursts in Arizona and desert type areas? What of tornados and such? There's problems almost everywhere you live ...
