I have been doing crossfit and running pretty steadily with an elevation mask @ 9000ft.

When I joined the Army

I just crossed my 5 year mark but I didn't start crossfit until FEB 2011

My two mile run time was 16:34
My two mile run time is now 12:45

My previous 10 mile run was 1hr 17mins @ 7:44 pace

My 12 mile ruck time was 3hrs 58mins
My 12 mile ruck time is now 2hrs 42mins @ 12:43 pace

I am not bragging because I know there are plenty of people who are injured or have way better times than me. However, I keep hearing people say that crossfit / HIIT is just a thing and it will eventually go away. I have the Army 10 mile birthday run June 6th so lets see if I can improve my time.
