Just curious. Don't try it. But if you do try it, post results before dying

At a party once, my friend poured my a ~22oz glass of McCormicks(WORST STUFF IN THE WORLD) Vodka, and dared me to drink it.
I can handle alcohol really well, but I wasn't about to test that, anyway, after much encouragement by lots at the party, i did it, barely losing a drip.

Then realizing that I was probably going to puke everywhere, I hopped in my car and drove home (about a 20 minute drive, alcohol takes about 20 minutes to kick in). But I had a friend with me, so had I gotten too drunk on the way he woulda taken over.

I didn;t get too drunk, nor did I end up puking, I just gagged a lot because of the nastiest vodka in the world.

I'm sure there are plenty of people that can and have done it.

But I imagine you'll just get sick, if you could even come close to downing the whole thing.

There's vodka that isn't 80 proof?

Yep, Absolut makes a 100 proof version, and I'm sure there are others too.

Smirnoff makes 90 and 100 proof as well.

Well, all I said was "vodka," not special or unusual vodka, so it's usually 80 proof. Besides, I don't think an additional 10 or 20 proof would really affect your answer to the question

No, but 50 could.

70 to 120 is a pretty big jump.

I only have 100 proof on hand.

Two comments:

1) Impressive feat, although that's about 14 shots and a bottle has several times that amount
2) I can't believe you decided that the best thing to do after taking 14 shots was to GET INTO YOUR CAR AND DRIVE HOME. So it takes 20 minutes to hit you...logically it would hit you all at once like a ton of fvcking bricks. If you're driving at that time, it doesn't matter if your friend is there, you'll both wake up dead and wrapped around a tree. Why didn't you just let him drive in the first place?

I agree, it was a stupid decision, but I guess I was very convincing as he let me do it. All turned out good though, the alcohol never really hit me like a ton of bricks, it came, and I was drunk for a good hour or two, but nothing that bad, I expected to be spewing my guts forth.

I really, REALLY hope you mean .62. Which would still amaze me, what with the lack of death and all (usually .4).

Yeah, 6.2 is WELL beyond dead. People could practially get drunk off your blood. Even .62 seems a little ridiculous - you'd have more than a watch placed on you. (you'd likely be unconscious)

.02 MELLOW FEELING. SLIGHT BODY WARMTH. LESS INHIBITED.

05 NOTICEABLE RELAXATION. LESS ALERT. LESS SELF-FOCUSED. COORDINATION IMPAIRMENT BEGINS.

.08 DRUNK DRIVING LIMIT. DEFINITE IMPAIRMENT IN COORDINATION AND JUDGMENT.

.10 NOISY. POSSIBLE EMBARRASSING BEHAVIOR. MOOD SWINGS. REDUCTION IN REACTION TIME.

.15 IMPAIRED BALANCE AND MOVEMENT. CLEARLY DRUNK.

.30 MANY LOSE CONSCIOUSNESS

.40 MOST LOSE CONSCIOUSNESS; SOME DIE.

.50 BREATHING STOPS. MANY DIE.
