So the USPS just killed my motherboard...

So I get my new rig today, get it all plugged in, go to boot it up, and I get an error code (it's an Abit board) that is pretty much the code of death (I later found out after googling it for an hour). Now the seller insured it through USPS, and so I'm wondering if I just take back the motherboard, or the whole system? I got such a good deal on it that I don't want to lose all. I've never had the post office kill/break anything before, so I'm not exactly sure how to handle this whole process.

U fer real? Man, thats gonna suck. I remember when my mom had 1 of 3 plates that broke, she only had to send that 1 back.

Well the box was in good condition, and it was packed very well. I reinstalled all the hardware, turns out the CPU was seated. So I go to boot, and the video card is artificating up the wazoo. At least I can see something now. It's artificating so bad I can't make out a think in the BIOS. I just contacted the seller asking what he wants to do, hopefully he can just refund me some money for the card since I don't want to lose the whole system.

And in the OP:

I'm thinking that the seller sold him a bum system.
