So the question remains: should I cancel my FotR order and wait or not?

I ordered FotR from Amazon (I was shopping for books so I picked it up) but now I'm having second thoughts. Should I wait for the 4-5 disc special edition one in a few months or not? A poll is coming, but please reply with justifications.

I would wait. I pre-ordered the 4-disc set from deepdiscountDVD for $27 with free shipping. I am gonna stick to watching my copy of the screening verison till I get my hands on the 4 disc set 🙂
