so the network admin payed a visit to my class..

i was in my class and these 2 guys walked in. we were all at our pcs and ignored them mostly. they went to the switches and checked which cable went where. then they went up to a guy at the end of the row and asked if he was "oreo". he said wtf you talking about? then the guy sitting next to him said, its not oreo, its orion. and the guy identified himself as the network admin, walked over to him and told him that "orion" sent out WIndows Messanger pop ups to all the PCs in the school. then the guy said, yeh, i was trying to send it to just 1 pc, oops. then the network admin said, yeh, but you did it 15 TIMES!!! right about that time he glanced at his monitor and he had kazaa open. with over 25 downloads including visual studio.NET, Macromedia Studio MX, AUTOCAD, the thing pixar used to make toystory, Office XP corporate, Windows 2k.............

I remember back in high school, the network admin for my school caught a kid giving out his phone number on a IRC board (sexually related) to some old horny guy. Turns out the kids was gay and wanted to run away with this guy. :Q

this is what Vmware is for, admin comes by delete the workstation. setting another students comp up as a proxy isn't a bad idea either.
