Welcome to 2 years ago.

No, I saw it then too.

I just realized I never really got it.

There's nothing to get. It's like watching your dog take a dump and wondering if you "got it"

Reloaded Explained

Revolutions Explained

Guy's got WAY too much time on his hands, but interesting nonetheless.

now the question is, did the wachowski bros really spend all that time to put in wat this guy is explaining, or is he just connecting random dots and creating his own picture?

I'd go with the latter

negative. the wachowski's were truly inspired to make these films. they initially went into the movie studio with the script for these 3 films wanting financial backing with absolutely NO PRIOR screenwriting or directing experience. they ended up having to prove themselves with the movie, "Bound" (which wasn't half bad), to get approved for the massive sums of money they would need to make the matrix trilogy.

sounds like they were on a mission...

You need to watch it in ASCII

😉

whoah

How would you make something like that? Is there an MPEG->ASCII converter out there or something? I couldn't imagine someone would have the time to do that by hand.

I have seen JPEG->ASCII converters, so I would imagine whoever created this did it frame-by-frame
