So sore....

Just thought I'd rant... I did a work day today for my church, UPres in Seattle... spread bark for four hours, raked up dead moss for two.... so I'm sored, tired, and I have a sunburn across my neck and on my forearms. Guh!

Oh yeah? Listen to this:

I drove three hours back to my university for my promotion today morning, in pouring rain (I couldn't see a foot ahead of the damn car!) and when I go there, the damn rain stops . . ..

And when I go up for my promotion, my flu (I'm recovering) acts up again, and I have trouble breathing.

And then we had dinner right afterwards (I almost threw up cause I'm sick), and drove back to Chicago in the rain again (for the first hour at least) . . ...

Man my ass is sore!

I got to spar against a brown belt on Friday, and he pummeled me so bad that I have a bruise running from the left side of my neck, down my chest and over to my left armpit. He kicked me in the side of my head and it has a bruise going from my ear up to my bald spot.

The shot I took to my throat has left swallowing almost impossible.
