What's he doing that is against Adsense rules?

Basically inserting his code into a site he doesn't own. Not to mention getting the code as a .jpg would require changing the source pretty significantly. It breaks a ton of stuff in the TOS.

Oh, that might be okay, the lack of content could be an issue though. Looks like he is already running some Amazon donation program on it anyway.
