I really don't see any similarities, you have a picture on yours, the other site has a map. I mean can't you see they are totally different?

I mean seriously his site is way more useful than yours. All that stream data upfront and all. 🙂
 
having the logo in the top left corner followed by some sidebar information links on the left is so uncommon these days, you should copywright it and sue them
 
Well, it's obvious they stole some of the basic design concept from your site but they're not all that identical. I'd be flattered.
 
there's probably 49 other sites that do that and even dare to use the same logo! senator orrin hatch authorizes you to destroy them and their water supply
