Oh come on... the brought in the new chick the season before Paula's contract was up specifically to replace her. However... they can't really 'fire' Paula so instead they F'd up her contract, pissed her off and got her to quit.

Kara's retarded and useless though. Paula brought balance to the other two judges. Kara tries too hard to be her own thing, but really who cares? All she said to Adam Lambert was "how do you hit those notes?" The entire damn season too.

Yes Paula's comments are sometimes useless, but she brings praise to contrast Simon's harsh words. Kara tries to sit in the middle of everything making her entirely useless. After all she said in the interview that she's supposed to be the fair one. Well, who really cares about that? This is entertainment.
