So P90x I'm contemplating on starting it. My friend lent me the dvds I'm in good shape overall .... or atleast I thought I was. I did the core exercises and the ab exercises and oh my god they are pretty intense..

I workout hard everyday but I think I'm going to start integrating the core routines into my weight lifting routine..

Anyone else use p90x?

A. People ask this here like once a month minimum. Do a search and you'll probably find some good answers.

B. That said, it works if you follow it, not just the parts you like.

C. If you do go for it, have a plan... for what you're going to do afterwards or you'll just relapse back into your old lifestyle and lose everything you worked so hard for.

true will have to look thru the other threads. i workout 6 days a week as is.. i was just looking to have the ab and core routines takeover 1 day of my routine..

already have a great diet 🙂 thanks tho for the heads up

It looks like a great workout. From what I've seen, if you're looking for something that will build very little muscle but will burn a lot of calories and work your cardiovascular system wicked hard, then P90X is for you.

My current goal is to build as much muscle as I can while staying as lean as I can in order to have a very muscular and aesthetically pleasing body. I'm achieving that through a number of bulking/cutting cycles. Even though P90X intrigues me, I'm having trouble seeing where I could fit it in where it wouldn't be counterproductive.

My order comes in tomorrow (hopefully). Will probably start either Saturday or Sunday. Can't wait.

I don't do the whole program, but I typically do the ab ripper session three times a week or so along with my normal routine. It's tough, I like it.
