i agree with iceberg on this one. you should have taken her outside and slapped her with your sirloin. then taken her home and made her please you first.

I was having a conversation with my boss, nothing more.
If I can't stay sober? It was a Christmas party, and you're criticizing me for drinking?

Then minutes later said lets blow this place and went home and stabbed all night long. Instead your precious little ego was bruised and you stormed off like a child. though i agree with the first part. he should have laughed at her and changed the subject. then just not deal with her anymore.

if she can't deal with the situation besides slapping him its not going to get any better. Life is to short to be in a abusive relationship.

You were drunk enough that you didn't notice that she was waiting for you to finish your conversation and get back to her, and then you don't even know what you said to her about it. But you sure remember being sarcastic immediately afterwards, don't you?

If you can't handle your liquor better than that, you shouldn't drink.

but then again she could have come over to see who he was talking to. shrug not that it really matters.

she should not have hit him. IF he did say something to deserve a slap she should not be with him.

either way it sounds like the best thing would be for them to seperate.
