OK look whether Bush tells himself a war will happen or not let's just come to terms with something: Publically he has not said it will happen. What that means is a grunt in the army or somebody "high up" sure as hell doesn't know when it will happen unless that person's last name is powell or rice. None of the major media networks have been able to come up with anything that even mildly resembles a date, so you can rest quite assured that your friend's brother's cousin's dog has no freaking clue when/if the conflict will happen.
