decided to talk about movies....and she said,"i watch so many movies I should try to get back from it since I put in so much".... like critique for money .. or like free movie tickts etc..... so we talked about a couple of movies.... all she did was name mainstream movies ..... and I told her about foreign horror movies (ichi killer) and like b- movies (low budget films or local films) and she had no interest whats so ever.... are you kidding me? You want to critique movies and get paid for it when all you appreciate is made up hollywood super expensive mainstream cr@p? Give me a break... if one of my RTF(radio, television, film.. major in college) friends heard you talking they would come and slap you with there boom stick.... Even my RTF friends (true movie fanatics) appreciate low budget films... and anything foreign... even if they didnt like it, they atleast had logical points why they didnt like it.... and this person here *sigh*.... this is why I think we get people like siskel and ebert (however you spell it) critiquing movies that I really liked, with 1 stars.... I asked her do you know about imdb? she was like.. whats that?...=\.... I asked her what was her favorite movie... or any movie that made her go WOW!.... she said, passion of the christ and lord of the ring......
