I was asleep and just got woken up by the crazy sound of rain.

In the south bay area in LA, and its raining cats and dogs like crazy.

Weather.com has nothing about rain. WTF is going on?

The south bay is like 400 miles from LA.

WhereTF do you live? 😕

Ever heard of LA County. South Bay is in LA county.
When you say you live in torrance, people on the east coast go "WTF" - so you just say LA - since torrance is in LA county.

There is one"Bay Area" in California. Go look at a map, find the biggest bay in the state, and there you go. 😛

It was a mistake but got a LOT of attention!

Cheers!

I'm in San Diego and had my car washed yesterday because I checked the weather report and all it said was high winds today, which we have. It freaking poured here for a while this morning though. There are more dark clouds on the horizon so I don't think it is over yet.

It's cold here this morning also. I'd say it's in the low 40s.

Meh - move to the southeast or somewhere in the tropics, then you'll know the meaning of a true downpour.

Yeah....

I live in the So. bay............ San Diego , Chula Vista, National City.... hehe

for about 5-10 minutes it was raining harder than I've seen in years....also thunder set off my car alarm....sounded like it was right on top of the house..... yikes
