So much for that Enzo...

Have you guys ever seen http://www.wreckedexotics.com ? Its exactly what the URL suggests... wrecked exotic cars. Here's one I pulled from the site

Wrecked Enzo

With only 353 miles on the odometer, this Enzo sustained approximately $400,000 in damages. Rumor suggests that this car was being driven by the owner's son. The owner apparently owns a huge RV manufacturing company or dealership. This is actually the 2nd Enzo to be wrecked. A yellow Enzo holds the honors as the first wreck (we're trying to get pictures of that one!)

Lamborghini Murcielago

An 18-year old driver was trying to avoid a construction site when he ran into some rough terrain. He tore the front and rear suspension.

What I'm wondering is how these kids get these $800,000+ cars???

Thing is, those kids will not even grasp the concept of remorse or guilt but for maybe a second. Parents will buy another expensive car and the cycle will continue.

You're exactly right... they've had everything bought FOR them in life anyways. This would just be another thing that their parents would cover for them...

This used to be a BMW 5-series. Can't you tell?

link

no, i sure can't.... LOL!!! did the driver get wrapped up in it too??? 😕 😛uke;

As for the Lamborghini, you can lease one for $2,000 a month, plus say, another $1,000 for insurance.

So for the typical upper class family, that's not that far of a stretch.

The kid could have also ran into some money somewhere. $50,000 can get you a Lambo for a few years.

Take a look at this site too, Cars in barns 🙁

At least the wrecked exotics died doing what they loved, instead of rotting away :|

I hate this stuff even more.. such desirable cars just rotting away, it's SUCH a shame.

American cars...desirable?

Muscle cars, you know, the desirable ones that bag $2-300K on Barret Jackson.

No muscle cars, except for historically significant ones (ones seen in movies, etc), get that much, anywhere.

Ferraris, Lambos, Bentelys, go new for more than that.

Used McLaren F1s are now going for nearly $2 million.

Most people who buy muscle cars do not have that sort of money. There is more money in foreign cars.
