Sounded like the kid was crying at first because he was surprised, then most definitely laughing as his dad spun him around. I guess it's rough but whatever, sounds like they both had a good time.

It was a lot funnier the first time I saw that prank, when it was a guy doing it to his roommate. Much better video, because the roommate put his hands up to pull the tape off and ended up with his hands taped to his face. This video is lacking in awesomeness compared to that video.

I've used duct tape but, never packing tape.

On one of our camping trips, a couple camping with us, went off and left their youngster in camp without asking anyone to look after him. After repeatedly telling him not to play with the fire, I duct taped him to a camp chair till his parents got back.
