So me and the current gf are having a steak dinner (filet mignon). We are seated 2 tables away from the hostess station. So after salads, drinks & bread, my girl gets up to go to restroom (she pees alot, really. Alot. Like every 1hr. *shrugs*) and then our food arrives while she is gone. The pretty red headed hostess (I have a weakness for redheads, I love um. don't know why) walks up, smiling, and does this cute little 'oh, is this for me.? *acting like she wants to sit down and have dinner with me.

*Bing!* I'm caught off guard, excited, bewildered & stupified,.. . all I could think of to say was "..no., be it could be." She smiles bigger, does a little quite 'heheh' and runs back to her station.

Man!, she was hot! I hate and love it at the same time when this happens.
Why can't this happen when I'm alone going out?!
What was I supposed to say.!? If i would of tryed for her tely, I'd surely have gotten busted.
And what if she was just toy'n with me.

Anyhoo, kind of a Yagt. ++ to post count. Nef'n at work.

This story should have ended with your girlfriend being behind you when you said it. :(

Hate to break it to you, but she likely only flirted with you because you were 'safe' to flirt with - as in she knew you were taken and that nothing would come of it.

if the only thing holding you back from asking this girl out was your girlfriend being there, maybe you shouldn't be with your girlfriend? just a thought.

It never happens when you're single for a reason.

Girls are savages, and they looooove competition.

Everyone wants what they can't have, and girls are no exception.

tips ftw.

i kind of feel the same way about this. She could like you, but i have heard other waitresses pull the same thing.

She's just a hostess though, a hostess only gets a small percentage of the tips. She'd have to flirt with a hell of a lot of guys to make any worthwhile difference in her tips.

you are a jerk.

why?

Because he has a girlfriend that he was out with. If my boyfriend said something like that to a waitress/hostess or whatever, you'd better believe I'd be pissed off.
