Good luck dude!
TSR: We need to schedule a service call.
M4H: So since I work 9-5, do you have any service calls on evenings or weekends?
TSR: Uh *checks* No, we have no weekend ones.
M4H: None? Do you have any service calls outside 9-5?
TSR: *checks* No ... we have 8-12, and 12-5.
M4H: Can you put me through to customer service, please?
That type of scheduling for service calls is fairly standard for the whole industry. It doesn't agree with people's schedules, but guess what, the techs work the same 9-5 everyone else does. You may think you're special, but you're not. This is after the tech blamed the router, the cable, and of course, the almighty Power Cycle. Now, anyone want to tell me how a guy who works 9-5 and lives alone is supposed to get his M-F'ing cable fixed with "service" like that?
I'll be calling them from work on lunch to:
[ ] Cancel service
[ ] Make sure that I'm not paying jack for this month
[ ] And make them foot the bill for getting me hooked up with a competitor
[X] All of the above
BTW, thanks Stunt for letting me use your phone/Internet.

<M4H> Hey, jackass, if you'd RTFE, I said it was the "first time it had gone down" since I'd arrived.
But hey, get a load of this.

You will be able to get the billing waived for this month, but good luck getting them to pay for getting you hooked up to a competitor.
You're slowly backing down from the company, stand up strong comrade!<M4H> Bull! They won't even be able to FIX my cable within this month, so this one is out purely on "total lack of service." Next one is compensation month.

To add insult to injury, he's not even letting M4H login to ATOT. He's making him post on his account.
