So lady found hanged with feet/hands bound and it's ruled a suicide?

Couldn't she set up the noose. Then tie her feet. Then tie her hands, using her mouth too. Then step through to get her hands behind her back.

All she has to do then is hop up on the chair or whatever, put her head in the noose, and away she goes, and it looks like murder.

So you're saying it's possible that she did it in a way to look like murder? So the purpose of a suicide note was...?

Some of you people are fucked.

Well, that was the intent of the guy with the cable around his neck. He was screaming, "She killed me." oh, snap.

j/k

The suicide note was claimed to not look authentic, and would be extremely easy to plant. Hence, adding a poorly done one (just like her poorly bonded legs and arms) would in her mind make it look another bit of evidence pointing towards a fake.

To make it look like a murder that someone tried to stage as a suicide.

Suicide -> looks like murder -> staged to look like suicide. 😉

I don't know if it's a murder or a suicide, but I do think it would be difficult to hang a person without leaving evidence of murder. There would either be evidence of a struggle or she would have had to be drugged or knocked unconscious. If the medical examiner didn't find either, I have to wonder how she could have been murdered. Explaining how she could have committed suicide is easy.

This thing's got a stench as bad as the Casey trial.
Discussed this earlier this week with a brainstorm and we found similar inconsistencies with the story. Alive at ~12:00am before she slept (phone call), dead by 6:48am when boyfriend's brother shows up.

Plus, don't even know the alibi for the boyfriend, said he was in the hospital visiting his son but there's no time frame on that.

I've wanted to put the adam guy on the suspects list due to his being the only DNA on the rope, but then again if it was a homicide the culprit could have been prepared with gloves and accessories.

Yea I think it was Adam. Just a bizarre story. My guess is he in a rage confronted her after learning of Max's death, and "something" happened/he attacked her. And in the moment tied her, gagged her, and hung her to try and make it look like a suicide.

What suicide note?

San Diego County Sheriff Bill Gore said Zahau left a "message" scrawled in black paint on the door of the guest room. He would not disclose what the message said, but did not characterize it as a suicide note.
