In Thunder Bay ON (just down the west side from the top of Lake Superior) it's getting to about +8 F, going to -6 F overnight. In winter, bright and sunny with clear skies (today's conditions) usually means also quite cold in a dry high pressure zone. Not the same as bright, sunny, clear skies, and HOT in Arizona!
