When I was waiting for my gf at the hospital once, I saw the doctors outside smoking.

This is very true.
I used to work in health care, a nursing home, and I would say more than half of the employees smoked.
And yet they saw day in and day out what smoking can do to a person as they age.
Pretty crazy,....
