It his choice, if one child is enough then one child is enough, there's nothing WRONG with it at all.

But, personally, I wouldn't get snipped until I was 100% sure. I currently have an 8 year-old and right now, that's enough, but if/when I do get married I'm sure the woman is going to want a child....can't fault her for that.

pre-ejaculate contains an unbelievable amount of sperm so even if you do pull out, does not mean anything.

You're the one that said SlowSpyder's choice was wrong when its his choice. How do you know his situation? One well-cared child, or two neglected kids. Maybe thats the extent of his abilities? If he doesn't want more, he might not be as good a father to both as he could to his only child.

I know plenty of people who loathe their siblings, too.

Yea, we talked about it and think we only want one child. We both lead busy lives and want to be able to give our child the attention he deserves. There really isn't a right or wrong on this, just a personal choice, and that's the choice we made.

EagleKeeper is the one who brought the "wrong" word into it.

I just hope you are 100% sure with your choice. I know a couple who regretted it and then tried a reversal and a bunch of other infertility treatments and still couldn't get pregnant.
