Does anyone here never have any dreams that they can recall?
I never do, and I never have.
I understand the concept of dream - but to date have not experienced it.

I forget where I heard about it first, didn't really believe it till I tried it. Hard to say if it makes you remember dreams better or if it makes dreams more intense and memorable... or something else.
Nothing to lose by trying in any case.![]()
