I have just heard that she is a "teen" in the video...meaning she can be 18 or 19. I didn't know 17 had been confirmed.

however its so rampant on the internet that the feds concentrate on those who are distributing child porn and generally dont go after those who dl it unless its an insanely high amount.

Not that I am endorsing kiddie porn in any way. Although I question whether or not this really constitutes kiddie porn, anymore than the pictures of miley cyrus in a wet white shirt that are in my photobucket 😀

Yes, she said it on her interview on the Today show. It's all over the news. How can you not know this? The executives who "reviewed" the tape are under investigation to find out whether they discussed the tape or actually watched it. If they watched it, they'll be charged with possessing and distributing child pornography.
