So is my ram dead??

My new ram came from zipzoomfly today so I put it in turned on my comp and all the fans turned on and then nothing..my monitor wouldn't even turn on. So does this mean my ram is DOA? I don't know what to look for since I've never had ram problems.

and has anyone had experience with zipzoom's RMAs? Are the fast?

First, reset CMOS. Then, try using one stick at a time. If all that fails, you can try to RMA it.

ZZF has a decent RMA program, maybe about a 1.5-2 week delay time from shipping to them to recieving a new one. Good thing is they ship it back Fedex 2 day.
