So I'm thinking of my longterm dream....

I want to be in the government and I know this may be Politics section but just tell me if this is a logical persuable dream? I have gotten straight A's this whole year and taking World Studies Honors for my Freshman year newxt year. Just thinking I got a whole life ahead of me and should I really think into this a persue it?

It is my dream to nail a 300Kg total within 6-8yrs and definately before I'm 30. I think about the 300Kg at least 10x a day. I sleep and think 300Kg total.

I'm assumming you mean congress, city council, etc. In that case, go intern somewhere, volunteer A LOT. You must know as many people as possible, network like crazy.

I watch the State of the Union and I listen and really get into it. I know I'm not gonning to be the next president but my dream is to get into Congress.

why? is there something in particular you want to accomplish? do you want to help people? do you crave absolute power?

yea.. my goal is Military Intelligence for what will likely be the Army, and then if I like the career (not necessarily the Army itself), I will head into a Military Intelligence field in either the CIA or somewhere else in one of the many government agencies. My dream would be serving as National Security Advisor to the President or something equally important with ties to Military Intelligence.
