and the lady behind me holds up this little booklet advertising thingy and says something to me. I go.. "huh? what's that? I didn't hear you." And I look at the thing that she's holding up and it's titled "The beginning of The End" with a picture of a big ass explosion hitting the earth, so I was like "Oh yeah I saw this movie, it's where the astroid hits the earth, right?" And she looks at me and says "Have you accepted Jesus in your life?" ..... I almost fell down. lol, this was a first for me. All I said was "Has Jesus accepted me?" and proceeded to go to my booth.

And for you religious folk, don't flame me, I know Jesus has accepted me- it just seemed like the right thing to say to get her in a tizzy. lol.

I agree I don't think certain things are appropriate, however this world as we know it will end someday and since you could die at any time why wait? Eternity is a long time...

Christianity is based on the Bible. The Bible is the Word of God.Evangelizing is preaching the Word of God. The book of Revelation comes to mind.
Preaching isn't telling people "it's about love", preaching is speaking the Word of God. Christ died because people hated His preaching.

I usually say something like, "I don't need to accept Jesus because I am Jesus and I don't accept you. Sinners like you will be case into the lowest levels of hell where you shall burn for an eternity." Then give an evil laugh like the guy in Braveheart after the inital barrage of arrows in the first battle.

The Devil is the Christian's (Also the Jews and Muslims) creation. It seems to me that the Bible and religion is all about deception. If you deceive people into being frightened by your myths the more likely you are to sway them into believing your B.S.

Clearly, we disagree. I recognize that the Bible is a historically accurate account of the Nation of Israel, contains a number of fulfilled prophecies, as well as prophecies that are in the process of being fulfilled, as well as scientific facts.
You believe that the Devil, the Bible, and religion are myths, I believe that the Devil causes you to believe that such is the case.

My Bible keeps me warm at night as I sleep in separate beds from my devoutly religious wife for these 22 years in which we've had sex thrice and never in the pooper!!!!!!!!!!
