Thats just an example. There are alot on there with alot of circles around them and some with no cities near just alot of corcles in the middle of no where. Just wonder on some other takes on it.

I'm guessing the green ones are probably irrigation plots to grow crops/plants. The brown one might be one that hasn't been planted or something. Others could maybe be an oil field perhaps?

No, its just aliens. They came down and planted crops instead of cutting them down in the Middle East.
