and would like to lose 70 more to get down to 250lbs. At 250lbs, I'll be 16% body fat, so that is fine with me. 
I'm losing approximately 1-2 lbs a day now (been on the diet for around 3 months) and hope to get there within 2.5months. I'm on a low carb diet, walk/jog 4-5 miles a night along with lifting weights for my arms, chest, and back.
I feel better than I have in years! It's really amazing...
