So I'm getting over this ear infection only to get one in the other side.

Why does illness have to suck like this? Last weekend I managed to get an ear infection, the first one I've had in I can't remember how long. It was accompanied by what was possibly strep, and some sort of stomach bug which made me pay hommage to the procelin god saturday at about 4:30am.

Well, today is the first day that my left ear has been feeling better all week, and of course at around 3:30pm my right ear starts shooting pain through it and begins to plug up.

If there was a god, why would he put such trivially stupid things like illness into the world? :disgust:

To f with us. 😀

I had a huge ear infection a few years ago. Took 3 doctor visits and maybe a month to clear up. It just got worse and worse.

I used to get ear infections a lot as a kid. I hated them. Putting peroxide in my eara few times a day used to help me quite a bit. I hope you feel better soon.

I used to get those things all the time as a kid (grade school age). I'm missing a fair amount of hearing in my right ear as a result of all of them. Hated those things worse than anything in the world.

H2O2 will help with outer ear infections, not middle or inner ear infections.

Are you congested???

Mildly. When it first started the same side of my nasal and sinus passages as the ear infection was predominantly congested as well, which I thought was sort of weird. Now it's just loose congestion that sloshes from side to side depending on how my head is positioned.

The coughing has got to stop though. A mildly sore throat, and coughing up lung cookies is annoying. Not to mention the damn tickle in my throat. I hate that.
