So im getting my MSI eclipse tomorrow

I'm having second thoughts. I only want to run my 920 at 3.5 ghz. I'm thinking about selling it and buying the Gigabyde ud4p. Should I sell or keep. HALP.

depends, rest of rig? should be fine at 3.5, just do your research on it's bios first. I would avoid it for extreme ocing, got a Gigabyte UD5 instead, but its still a decent board, comes with an X fi. Also, will you need SLI or anything? whats your setup going to be?

Well I thought it was meant for extreme overclocking...

The MSI boards seems pretty solid at normal speeds. I haven't been able to clock them high or run memory fast, but might be my CPUs. So far best I've done (with a 965) is around 3.8GHz, which is probably pretty pathetic. Also have issues with RAM not wanting to clock fast. However, like I said great at stock speeds and lots of features such as the X-Fi.
